A desire for Chicken Wings

In my house we love chicken wings. We would go out and buy chicken wings or just too expensive because we can eat only 20 wings or more. One day daddy went grocery shopping and picked up frozen unprepared wings. Since I am cooking I didn’t want to make the wings because I thought it too much hassle of thawing the wings out in the fridge for 2 days. Then I would have to find the sasonings for the wings and clean them and cooking the wings. I didn’t want to cook the wings because I would have to clean up the mess and my hands. You have to make sure everything is clean like your hands throughly washed as to not cross-contaminate everything in the kitchen or get yourself sick. Also clean the sink as to not get anything you put in the sink contaminated from the wings. Always remember to put the froen meat package in a bowl or on a plate. I didn’t do that step and I got chicken wing juice on the fridge itself and vegitable drawer underneath. Anyway find a seasning pack you want to put on the wings. Add vegitable oil or olive oil about 1/2 a cup of the oil.

Ingredients

  1. Seasoning pouch like mesquite spices or even onion soup mix
  2. 1/2 cup of oil and cinegar
  3. 2 tablespoons for light brown sugar or maple syrup
  4. Put the wings in a bowl with the seasonings and the rest of the ingredients together
  5. Fridge the bowl with plastic wrap a bowl with a lid overnight
  6. The next day preheat the oven to 450 degrees
  7. While the oven coming to temp grab a baking sheet or oven safe vessel to put the wings in
  8. I used a baking sheet cover with lots of aluminum foil and parchment paper
  9. Then grab an oven safe rack to lay on the wings
  10. by that time the wings from the overnight preperation is at or near room temp
  11. put wings on the baking rack and in the oven of 450 degrees for about twenty-two minutes
  12. take out let it cool for twenty minutes and put your favorite sauce on them an put ove to broil but watch it because the wings would burn and have to throw away the wings. I say maybe five to ten minutes.
  13. Take a picture of the cooked wings and put in the cookbook or online to get feedback or someone can see and try it out.
  • Clean out the workspace with baking soda and vinegar. It should be a paste to clean with sponge
  • after throw sponge out
  • clean your hands with warm water and vinegar to be safe
