Fighting with Taco Sweet Potato Fries

I hate sweet potatoes because the sweet potato doesn’t like to be touched. On a whim I bought sweet potatoes. Now usually I don’t think of sweet potatoes until Thanksgiving. The reason why is because my dad used to make for Thanksgiving dinner. He used to put the sweet potato just in the oven and roast it. Now I have six sweet potatoes on the back of my kitchen counter where lights won’t touch it. Today I went to look up recipes for the sweet potatoes and none of the recipes of what I saw appeal to me. I decided that I am going to fight with the sweet potateos. The cooking utensils I used was three differnt sizes of knives, baking sheet lined with aluminum foils and parchment paper plus wire racks for the sweet potatoes going to be placed on. Next I gathered the sweet potatoes and washed them so I can use the skin as well. Finally the other items was olive oil and taco sasoning. The fight began with sweet potatoes.
